Drop-in Yoga - $10 or Donation - Upstairs

This is a gentle introduction to the Ashtanga primary series. Participants follow a set series of asanas (postures) they can memorize and modify, creating their own customized program.

- Bring your yoga mat (and any props you would like)
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring drinking water

This is all about your own independence and respecting your body whatever level of fitness you are at. Once you are familiar with the postures, you can drop-in at any time and either follow along with the group, or work out at your own pace.

Come as you are. Be who you are. Judgment free. Safe space.

TESTIMONIAL

"I recently attended a yoga class at Gleneden Hall, and it was fantastic. The instructor, Tashan, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The class itself was both relaxing and energizing - by the end my body felt awake and alive. I left feeling refreshed, grounded and already looking forward to the next session.
Highly Recommend !"

TESTIMONIAL

"Being over 60 and not particularly athletic, I had avoided regular exercise for most of my life. Over time, I noticed increasing weakness—my knees felt unstable, and I had even started to limp.
Since joining Tashan’s yoga class, that has truly changed. With consistent practice, I’ve become noticeably stronger, my flexibility has improved, and I’m no longer limping.
Tashan’s enthusiasm, encouragement, and gentle guidance made all the difference. Each posture can be adapted to your own ability, which helped me build confidence and progress at my own pace.

I would highly recommend this class to anyone, at any fitness level. It may take a little perseverance at first, especially if you’re new to movement, but it is absolutely worth it."
