Drop-in Yoga - by donation - Upstairs
This is a gentle introduction to the Ashtanga primary series. Participants follow a set series of asanas (postures) they can memorize and modify, creating their own customized program. This is all about your own independence and respecting your body whatever level of fitness you are at. Once you are familiar with the postures, you can drop-in at any time and either follow along with the group, or work out at your own pace.
